Most of your chances at an invite will come from your activity on our in game recruitment channel and how you interact with our members. Please do not apply if you cannot take criticism. If you are looking for an immediate raid spot - make that clear. Also please indicate the raid team you are seeking to join. This will help us focus our efforts with the team in question.

        * DO NOT APPLY if you are not fully enchanted, head to toe. Yes, even on that piece that you will "replace soon". No excuses, do not even apply unless you are fully enchanted.
        * DO NOT APPLY if you not fully gemmed. Go gem it all, best gems possible.

        * DO NOT APPLY if you do not have DBM, Omen and the ability to get on vent
        * Your "unique" spec does not make you a beautiful butterfly. There are "cookie cutter" specs for a reason: they've been proven to provide optimal dps/mitigation/healing. We're recruiting you to play within a small margin of your theoretical limits. Your "unique" spec isn't going to get you there.
        * We expect you to know your class intimately. You should have theory crafting resources like TankSpot and elitistjerks.com bookmarked and and be familiar with Rawr.
